Dr. Myron Rolle is a former NFL safety, Rhodes Scholar and neurosurgery resident and Global Neurosurgery Fellow at Harvard-Massachusetts General Hospital. He starred in college at Florida State and was selected in the 6th round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Tennessee Titans. He played three seasons of pro football with Tennessee and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In college with the Seminoles, Rolle was the 2006 ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year and was named to the Associated Press All-America Third Team in 2008. Besides his work in medicine as a doctor, Rolle also is the founder and chairman of the Myron L. Rolle Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of global health, wellness and education.

His new book, "The 2% Way" released May 17, 2022 and is available now.

On the podcast today, Dr. Rolle shares about how the 2% way originated from his coach at Florida State, why he believes faith and medicine co-exist, his work in the pandemic and the importance of giving back and serving others.
