Oscar Tshiebwe is a college basketball player with University of Kentucky. In 2021-22, he won the John Wooden Award for college basketball's national player of the year. He averaged 17.4 ppg and 15.1 rebounds in leading Kentucky to 26 wins and a No.2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. In April 2022, he announced he would return for his senior season with the Wildcats.

Tshiebwe grew up in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and didn't play basketball until age 14. After moving to the United States in 2015, he quickly developed as a player and in his senior season, was named Pennsylvania's Gatorade Player of the Year. After a few seasons with West Virginia, Oscar came to Kentucky in 2021.

Today on the podcast, we talk to Oscar Tshiebwe about how prayer and fasting played a role in his decision to return to Kentucky and why his goal as a basketball player is to point people to Jesus.
