Jackson Holliday was selected first overall in the 2022 MLB Amateur Draft by the Baltimore Orioles. Holliday attended Stillwater High School in Stillwater, Oklahoma and finished his senior year batting.685 with 17 home runs, 79 RBI and 30 stolen bases over 40 games. He was named the Oklahoma Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year and wa also awarded an ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove. 

Jackson's father is Matt Holliday, the eight-time MLB All-Star with the Colorado Rockies and St. Louis Cardinals and currently the Cardinals bench coach. 

Today on the podcast, we talk to Jackson Holliday about his 2022 and what it was like to go from high school to being drafted and playing pro baseball in the span of a few weeks. We also hear about Jackson's faith and the lessons he's learned about following Christ from his parents Matt and Leslee.

Chris Singleton played seven seasons as a Major League Baseball player with the Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles, Oakland A's and Tampa Bay Rays. He was originally selected in the second round of the 1993 MLB Draft by the Giants and made his MLB debut in 1999 with the White Sox. 

After retiring from baseball, Singleton began a stellar broadcasting career that saw him work as the primary color analyst on ESPN Radio's baseball coverage from 2011-2021. 

Today on the podcast, we talk to Chris Singleton about coming to Christ in college, his pro baseball journey, transitioning to broadcasting and why his faith is a gift from God that he wants to share with others.

Kristen Ledlow is a host and sideline reporter covering the NBA for TNT and NBA TV. A graduate of Southeastern University, Ledlow was an All-American volleyball player and set records as a basketball player. After college, she began her broadcasting journey covering college football and basketball on the local level.

Ledlow also was voted Miss Capital City USA in 2012 and placed in the top five at Miss Florida USA. In 2014, she moved to NBA TV and began covering the NBA full time.

Today on the podcast, Kristen Ledlow shares her experience of getting married and becoming a mother, growing in her walk with Christ and why it's important for her to give back and mentor younger female broadcasters.

Eric Mac Lain is a former offensive lineman at Clemson University who now works as a college football analyst with the ACC Network. During his time at Clemson, he was a part of  two conference championships and made a national championship appearance in his senior year of 2015. At the time of his graduation, he obtained the most wins (46) by a single player in Clemson history, while earning Strength and Conditioning All-America honors.

As a student, Mac Lain was an All-ACC Academic football selection and graduated with a Bachelor’s in health science (2015) and a Master’s in athletic leadership and administration (2017). In 2019, he joined the new ACC Network as a studio analyst. 

Today on the podcast, we welcome back Eric Mac Lain to the show to talk about how becoming a dad has changed his life and why it is important for him to love others the way Jesus has loved us.

Darius Holland is currently a chaplain with the United States Army in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. In his younger days, Holland played professional football for ten seasons in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Kansas City Chiefs, Cleveland Browns, Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos. 

He was originally selected by Green Bay in the 3rd round of the 1995 NFL Draft after a college career at the University of Colorado. He was a member of the 1996 Super Bowl champion Packers team that beat the Patriots 35-21 in Super Bowl XXXI. 

Today on the podcast, we talk to Darius Holland about his role as a chaplain in the Army, the parallels of being an NFL player and a chaplain, why spiritual wellness is so important to him and why he went into ministry after his playing career.

Homer Drew is a former college basketball coach who spent 22 years coaching at Valparaiso and took his program to seven NCAA tournament appearances including a Sweet Sixteen berth in 1998, where his son Bryce hit a buzzer-beater in the first round to upset Ole Miss.

Homer's son Scott Drew is the Baylor men's basketball coach and son Bryce is Grand Canyon University's men's basketball coach. In 2019, Homer Drew as elected to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame.

Danny Woodhead is a former NFL running back who played 10 seasons with the Jets, Patriots, Chargers and Ravens. He went undrafted in 2008 after a college career at Division II Chadron State that saw him win the Harlon Hill trophy in back-to-back seasons (2006 and 2007).

Woodhead was able to make his mark in the NFL with the Patriots, playing in Super Bowl XLVI and catching a touchdown pass from Tom Brady in New England’s loss to the New York Giants. In 2015, he enjoyed the best season of his career with the Chargers, finishing with 80 receptions, 1,091 combined rushing and receiving yards, and nine total touchdowns. He retired after the 2017 season.

On this episode of the podcast, Jade and Jason talk to Woodhead about serving as a young adults leader in his church, the importance of the Holy Spirit to guide him and what it looks like to be generous and have gratitude.

Lindsay Leftwich is an assistant softball coach with LSU. She is involved with all aspects of the program which include defense, hitting, recruiting, video scouting and camps. Since joining the LSU, she has been a part of multiple runs to the 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Women’s College World Series.

Jacie Hoyt is the head women's basketball coach at Oklahoma State University. She introduced as their head coach on March 20, 2022 after serving as head coach at Kansas City from 2017-2022. 

Hoyt, as one of the youngest coaches in Division one women's basketball,  led Kansas City  to the 2020 Western Athletic Conference regular season championship and was honored as the 2020 WAC Coach of the Year.

Dallas Jenkins is a filmmaker and the creator and producer of the hit streaming series “The Chosen,” which is the first multi-season series about the life of Christ. It has become the most successful media crowd-fund of all time.

In 2018, Jenkins created “The Chosen,” which since its release has reached more than 440 million views on its app. Today, season three of “The Chosen” will premiere their first two episodes in movie theaters nationwide, before placing the entire season for free to watch on "The Chosen" app.

Derrick Collins is in his 23rd year as an NBA official. He began his journey as a pro basketball referee in the CBA and WNBA before joining the NBA in the 1999-2000 season. Since that first season, he has officiated over 1200 NBA games including postseason. 

Today on the show, Derrick Collins shares his story of becoming an NBA official, refereeing Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, trusting God in the midst of the grind of a long season, and the importance of growing in his prayer life.

Oscar Tshiebwe is a college basketball player with University of Kentucky. In 2021-22, he won the John Wooden Award for college basketball's national player of the year. He averaged 17.4 ppg and 15.1 rebounds in leading Kentucky to 26 wins and a No.2 seed in the NCAA Tournament. In April 2022, he announced he would return for his senior season with the Wildcats.

Tshiebwe grew up in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and didn't play basketball until age 14. After moving to the United States in 2015, he quickly developed as a player and in his senior season, was named Pennsylvania's Gatorade Player of the Year. After a few seasons with West Virginia, Oscar came to Kentucky in 2021.

Today on the podcast, we talk to Oscar Tshiebwe about how prayer and fasting played a role in his decision to return to Kentucky and why his goal as a basketball player is to point people to Jesus.

Jordan Matthews is an NFL tight end with the San Francisco 49ers. He was originally drafted as a wide receiver by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft. Over his nine year career, he has spent time with the Eagles, Bills, Patriots and now the 49ers. 

In college, Matthews attended Vanderbilt University, where he had 262 receptions for 3,759 yards and 24 touchdowns, setting many school records.

Today on the podcast, Jordan joins Jade McCarthy and Jason Romano to discuss his transition to the tight end position, suffering a torn ACL at training camp in August 2022, reminding trustworthy to God's plan after the injury and his desire to rehab and continue playing football.

Marquis Daniels is a former NBA player who is currently the Director of Player Development for the Auburn Tigers basketball team under head coach Bruce Pearl. Daniels played his college basketball at Auburn, where he was named All-SEC second team his senior year.

Daniels would go undrafted coming into the NBA, but signed with the Dallas Mavericks. In his 12 year career, Daniels was a member of  four teams and played in two NBA Finals (2006, 2010). 

Today on the podcast, Marquis Daniels talks about his role with Auburn, giving back to young people, his time in the NBA, the injury that almost ended his career, and the obstacles he's had to overcome recently that have drawn him closer to God.

Clark Kellogg is one of the most respected voices covering college basketball today. The CBS Sports analyst was once a top college basketball player at Ohio State University, where he earned All-Big Ten Conference honors and won the Big Ten Most Valuable Player award in 1982.

He was selected eighth overall in the first round of the 1982 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers, and named to the NBA All-Rookie first team in 1983 after averaging 20.1 points and 10.6 rebounds. But his NBA career was cut short after just four seasons due to knee injuries, and he was forced to retire in 1986 at the age of 25.

Clark began his broadcasting journey with ESPN in 1990, and in 1993 he moved to CBS Sports, where he has worked since.

On this episode of the podcast, we talk to Kellogg about his excitement for the upcoming basketball season, playing hoops with President Obama, reflecting back on the day he came to Christ, and what it means to be a follower of Jesus in his life today.

Paul Allen has been the voice of the Minnesota Vikings Radio Network since 2002. He also hosts a daily show, “Allen’s Page,” on KFAN radio in Minneapolis and is the voice at Canterbury Park horse racing each summer. He’s called more than 40,000 horse races and more than 400 Vikings games.

Allen came to faith in Christ at age 52 in June 2019, and is now also the host of the “Faith and Goal” podcast, which intersects sports and faith.

Today on the show,  Paul Allen returns to discuss 2 Corinthians 5:20 and what it means to be an ambassador for Christ in the sports world.

Bryan Narcisse is currently serving with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Clemson University. In college, Narcisse was a four-year basketball player with the Tigers and was a contributor to three straight tournament teams in 2009, 2010 and 2011. 

After his college career was over, Narcisse played basketball for one year with the Harlem Globetrotters, where he traveled the world, entertaining fans of all ages on the basketball court. 

Today on the podcast, we talk to Bryan about his time with the Globetrotters, serving with Clemson's FCA and his side hustle as a Christian hip hop artist.

Matt Duchene is a professional hockey player with the Nashville Predators entering his 14th season in the NHL. He was selected third overall in the first round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche and made his NHL debut that same year as a 19 year-old rookie.

Duchene is a two-time All-Star and in 2021-22, had his best season with 43 goals, 43 assists and a career-high 86 points for Nashville.

Today on the podcast, we talk to Matt Duchene about his pro hockey career, growing as a believer in Christ and how his mental health has become a big priority for him after dealing with severe anxiety as a professional athlete.
