Tony Dungy is a Pro Football Hall of Fame coach and the first African-American head coach in the NFL to win a Super Bowl. He's also a football commentator for NBC Sports Football Night in America. He has written multiple books including "Quiet Storm," "Uncommon," and "The Mentor Leader."
